Electronic Body Music, kurz EBM, seltener auch als Front Music oder Aggrepo (aggressive Popmusik) bezeichnet, ist ein Anfang der 1980er-Jahre entstandener Musikstil, der durch repetitive Sequenzerläufe, tanzbetonte Rhythmen sowie zumeist klare, parolen-ähnliche Shouts (v. engl. shout ?rufen?) gekennzeichnet ist. Er gilt als zufallsbedingte Vermischung britischer Industrial- und paneuropäischer Minimal-Electro-Klänge und nahm bedeutenden Einfluss auf die Entwicklung nachfolgender Stile wie New Beat oder Goa Trance.
